You can actually breathe easily while wearing the mask at the gym. It's still more difficult to wear a mask while running or riding a bike, but this is the best mask I've tried for working out at the gym.

I use this mask for work, (HVAC). So far i have been staying safe. It's really nice to wear when it's hot outside and i'm stuck working in an attic (very hot) I have not found it for breathing in it.

I have had to get a few replacements but I only wear this mast. It is comfy, stylish, the carbon filters are replaceable, it straps to the back of your head making it never fall or move. I highly recommend this.

This is the ONLY mask I've found that I can wear that doesn't fog my glasses. My job consists of helping patients wash and get ready for their day and I tend to get uncomfortably hot quick, but the mask didn't interfere with my comfort. I actually forgot I had it on. Also, I have asthma. It didn't feel like it was choking me. It did take some adjusting in the beginning, and I had my doubts but everything worked out great! Going to buy a few more. If you buy this product I would recommend that you buy extra filters with it. It only comes with one. Also, before you snap the round things together, make sure the filter is between them first or u will have to take it back apart to put it in. If you are buying this strictly because you are tired of your glasses fogging up then trust me. You won't be sorry!
