These are good masks. They are well made, comfortable to wear, and the straps go around the head rather than the ears so they can be word for long periods without discomfort.

Just being able to get a NIOSH approved N95 mask is a relief. The other masks protect those around you, which is a good thing, but it is great to heave one which protects us as well. These are more comfortable than the folded masks, and it is easier to breathe because they are not against your mouth. There is a metal strip at the top to fit it to your nose, so they do fit around your face better overall. They do leak some, because I had someone point out this morning that my glasses were fogging, so there must be leakage, but it is much better than either the folding filter masks, or the cloth masks, which are not very protective. These are also substantial enough to wear again if you need to.The masks have elastic bands, which is somewhat less than ideal. The best are those which tie around your head. This has bands which slip over your head. They are less convenient to put on and take off than the ones with the ear loops, but more comfortable, and they fit better. Overall I prefer this style to others I have worn.

This review is for the NIOSH Certified Makrite 9500-N95 Pre-Formed Cone Particulate Respirator Mask, M/L Size (Pack of 20 Masks). The N95 mask has bright yellow elastic bands that make the mask wrap snugly on your face, giving you a nice seal and good protection. The mask is NIOSH certified, and it has a metal strip at the nose area that you bend to your nose feature to improve the efficiency of the mask. The mask is a little bit difficult to breath through, but it is worth it knowing I am using a high-quality mask, I used this mask a few times now when I do my weekly grocery shopping, or when I am out on walks.

These masks are well made and comfortable to wear. I find them more comfortable to wear than the cloth masks, probably because of my big nose. My wife doesn't like them because of fashion. She prefers a black cloth mask, but they won't protect like these will.If we are going to an area with a lot of people we will wear these, especially when we went to get our vaccines or the doctor's office. I bought 2 boxes so with the disposable cloth masks I already bought I'm hoping we have enough to outlast the coronavirus. :-)

Best mask I have used over these last 12+ months....inside the nose band area is a strip of foam which really results in a very tight fight. The mask itself is stiff, like a shell.... so there is plenty of room to breathe, so to speak. Great mask, does it’s job. Definitely worth the money

When i come across NIOSH-tested N95 masks, i restock. These fit well, and my glasses didnt fog up. I searched the CDC records, and this make and model are listed as N95 tested. I will note that the numbers are on the box, not on the individual masks. I plan some airline travel soon, and having these N95 masks make me much more confident that i can do that safely.

I have tried so many different masks in the last year. The pleated disposable masks are generally the most comfortable to wear, but they're not the safest. I prefer wearing a mask that I know offers a good seal around my face and that will prevent particles from getting in or out. And one that won't fog up my glasses.This mask isn't perfect, but it's darned near close. It conforms to my face and I feel like I can get the best seal with it of all the asks I've tried. It has a foam piece on the inside for your nose and the metal adjuster on the outside. It fits flat against my skin at the edges, but the domed front is great for keeping the mask off my face.It does take me a couple of minutes to adjust my breathing when I put this on because it's thicker than many masks, but I get used to it after a couple of minutes. It does make you feel a little warmer in already warm conditions, but it is worth it for the safety. It gives me so much more respect for those who need to wear them all the time at work.

As a life-long user of dust masks due to pollen allergies and a phobia of having blue nose hairs after using a can of Krylon spray paint, I have a pre-pandemic stash of 3M N95's masks, which I have been rationing like Nabisco Apple Newtons. Although I do not have UL-grade tech, these masks appear to have the same material, thickness, straps, foam, metal bar and chemical smell of my 3M masks. So rather than argue over their sketchy provenance, they seem to do the job they were designed to do; make you look far more put together than some fool with a red paisley bandanna haphazardly tied behind their neck

Good and snug. These masks feel well made and are a fantastic deal for how many you get. Fits well and feels way more protective than a cloth mask.Our masks unfortunately got lost in shipping.
